When is the show?

The show starts Thursday, November 28 and continues daily through Monday, December 2, 2019.


How much are tickets?

Tickets are $10.00 Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.


How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets (cash only) may only be purchased at Moscone Center on the day of entry.

Are the online tickets good for multiple entries?

No. Each ticket is good on any day through Monday Dec. 2 but may only be used once.


Are refunds available?

No. Tickets are non-refundable.


Are you open on Thanksgiving?

Yes, the show is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.


Can I leave and come back?

Yes. Make sure to get your hand stamped prior to leaving.


What day is the best to come and beat the crowds?

Traditionally, Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving), Friday, Nov. 29 and weekends are the busiest days of the show.


Where can I park?

There are many paid parking lots and garages located in close proximity to Moscone Center. Be sure to visit our Parking page for more information.
Unfortunately, there is no public or handicap parking in either the North or South driveways at Moscone Center. However, there are city assigned handicap and drop off locations located nearby.

Can I take public transportation?

Public transportation is a very popular methods of getting to the Auto Show. If you take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), exit at either the Powell or New Montgomery Street stations.


Where is Moscone Center located?

Moscone Center is located at 747 Howard Street, San Francisco (between 3rd and 4th streets).


Where is the main entrance?

The main entrance is located at the entrance of the North Hall on Howard Street. As you approach Moscone Center signage will point you to the proper entrance.


Can I bring a backpack or bag?

Yes, backpacks and bags are allowed. As is the case with most public events, all bags are subject to inspection and search.


Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. The only exceptions are certified service animals or service animals in training.


Are ATM’s available?

Yes, there are ATM’s located throughout Moscone Center. They are also located in businesses and banks adjacent to Moscone Center.


Are wheelchairs available?

Unfortunately, wheelchairs are not available for rent, however, the show is wheelchair accessible and we certainly encourage guests to bring your own.


Is there someplace to eat?

Yes, there are concession stands located within the building. Additionally, there are several restaurants located within one block of Moscone Center.


Is there a lost and found?

Misplaced articles may be turned in to Moscone Center security or the show office at Moscone Center. The International Auto Show records pertinent information and lost articles will be cataloged and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days are disposed of or donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving lost items should call (415) 978-3500.


What happens if I lose my child or member of my party?

It is strongly suggested that a designated meeting place is established prior to entering the show. The elevators in the main lobby or the show offices are the most common. Paging will take place in the case of an emergency.


Is general paging allowed?

The public address system is not intended for paging. However, in the event of a medical emergency or other special circumstances, paging will be allowed. General paging for lost or separated parties will be conducted on an hourly basis.


Is smoking allowed at Moscone Center?

Moscone Center is a smoke-free facility. Guests who wish to smoke are required to leave the building. Guests wishing to exit and return must receive a re-entry hand stamp from security personnel.
