TEST DRIVES GEAR UP AT INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW
UNIQUE TOYOTA MIRAI HYDROGEN FUEL CELL SCHEDULED TO BE AVAILABLE
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – November 23, 2016 — The Bay Area’s largest and most prestigious auto exposition, the San Francisco Chronicle 59th Annual International Auto Show, will add several manufacturer Test Drives to what already has been an impressive line-up of activities at this year’s show.
The Auto Show, which opened to huge crowds over the weekend, will run through Sunday, Nov. 27th, including Thanksgiving Day, at the Moscone Center.
With continued interest and focus on alternative fuel technology, the San Francisco Auto Show will feature a unique opportunity for consumers to get behind the wheel of Toyota’s Mirai, the brand’s hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and the newly debuted 2017 Prius Prime, a plug-in hybrid vehicle.
Other manufacturers offering test drives through over the Thanksgiving weekend include: Mazda featuring the MX-5 (Miata), Mercedes-Benz with a rare chance to drive vehicles including the B250E, C300W, E300W, GLA250W4, GLC300W4 and S550VE plus Fiat, which has been operating drives since the show opened in the 124 Spider, Fiat 500e, Fiat 500 Abarth and Fiat 500X. (Vehicles are subject to change without notice).
To participate in the manufacturer Test Drive programs, show-goers can check in at the manufacturer registration areas located in the North and South driveways of Moscone Center off Howard Street. Drivers must be 18 years old with valid drivers license.

The San Francisco Auto Show features the 2017 model cars, crossovers, SUV’s, trucks and vans from the world’s major manufacturers. The show includes more than 600 vehicles including new releases, all-new redesigns, alternative fuel vehicles, exotics sports cars and classics. Several interactive and family-friendly exhibits are displayed throughout the show, including the auto accessories fair and driving simulators, and the auto salon showcasing modified cars.
