SAN FRANCISCO, CA – October 11, 2011 – The San Francisco Chronicle| 55th Annual International Auto Show presented by will offer Bay Area residents their first opportunity to see the new 2013 model vehicles from the world’s major manufacturers, all in one place.

Supported by the California New Car Dealers Association, the International Auto Show, will open on Thursday, Thanksgiving, November 22 and run through Monday, November 26 at Moscone Convention Center.

The San Francisco International Auto Show is northern California’s premier, largest and most spectacular auto exhibition.  It is the only auto show held regionally that lures the dazzling high-tech manufacturer displays.  The show, which will feature more than 600 vehicles representing the work of 38 manufacturers for the year 2013 and beyond and will include exhibits in the north and south halls as well as the Gateway Ballroom, filling the 1.2 million sq. ft. Moscone Center.  It is expected to draw 300,000 spectators making it the largest exhibition of any kind in the greater Bay Area and the second largest auto show in the western United States. 

Among the manufacturers exhibiting their 2013 vehicles are: Acura, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fisker, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, KIA, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Lotus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Ram, Nissan, Rolls Royce, Scion, Subaru, Porsche, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. 

In addition to the 2013 model vehicles, the Auto Show will feature: Ride and Drive opportunities from several manufacturers, alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles; exotic sports cars; the Academy of Art University Classic Car Collection; displays from, the Ferrari Club of America, Sonoma Raceway and GEICO; the Aftermarket Alley featuring tricked-out vehicles and aftermarket products; a display from Dominator Hot Rods; an auto accessory booth area and much more.

Thursday, November 22 – Sunday, November 25: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Monday, November 26: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
