WHAT:
The San Francisco Chronicle|SFGate.com 50th Annual International Auto Show is presented by AutoTrader.com and supported by the California Motor Car Dealers Association. Featuring over 40 of the world’s major manufacturers displaying their 2008 model cars, SUV’s, trucks and vans…almost 800 vehicles in all.

Opens Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 22nd through Sunday, December 2nd

Thursday, November 22 – Sunday, November 25: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Monday, November 26 – Thursday, November 29: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 2: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

VIP/MEDIA PREVIEW:
Wednesday, November 21 from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. (Invitation only)

WHERE:
San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center, 747 Howard St., located between 3rd and 4th Sts. on Howard St. Exhibits in the North and South Halls plus the Gateway and Esplanade Ballrooms.

ADMISSION:
Admission $8.00. Children 12-years and younger free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets purchased at the door.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Among the new vehicles being exhibited at the Auto Show are the 2008
Dodge Viper; the 2008 Ford Shelby GT500KR “King of the Road” and Bullitt
Mustangs. Also from Ford are the 2008 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin and the
2009 Flex. Infiniti is bringing the PT EX, Jaguar the new XF, KIA the new
Optima and Amanti, Lincoln Mercury is showing the 2009 MKS, Maserati will
exhibit the 2008 Gran Turismo, while Subaru will present the all-new 2008
Impreza WRX.

Alternative Fuel and Fuel Efficient vehicles including Chevrolet’s Tahoe
and Malibu hybrids, plus the Equinox Fuel Cell and Silverado with active Fuel
Management; Honda’s Civic hybrids; Lexus’ LS 600 hL, GS 450h and RX 400h
hybrids; Toyota’s Camry, Highlander and Prius hybrids; plus Toyota’s Highway
to the Future: Mobile Hybrid Experience; AAA’s Greenlight Initiative Showcase,

ABC7 (KGO-TV) will air a special preview of the 50th Annual International Auto Show hosted by Mike Shumann and Leigh Glaser on Saturday, 11/24: 9:30 – 10:00 p.m. with a re-air on Sunday, 11/25: 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.
